If you need to get fresh copy of the Birth Certificate for the kids born in Belgium, contact Commune where the kid was born via email. And they can send you the Birth Certificate via Post. This I checked with Etterbeek commune.
For this they will send the bank account where we have to make a transfer of the required fee (8.5 EURO).
